Who we are

Mouen.site (“we”, “us”) is a blog about AI automation for business growth, operated by Mouen Khan. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Reach us via the contact page.

Data we collect

Analytics. We use privacy-conscious analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate traffic — pages visited, referral sources, approximate location, and device type. IP addresses are anonymized where supported. We do not sell this data.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address for one purpose: sending you the newsletter. Delivery is handled by Hostinger Reach, which processes your address on our behalf as a data processor. We send at most two issues a month. We do not sell, rent or share your address with third-party advertisers.

Email engagement. Like most email tools, Hostinger Reach records whether an issue was delivered, opened, and whether links in it were clicked. We use this only to group inactive subscribers so we can stop emailing people who no longer read it, and to see which topics are worth writing more about. Opens are detected with a small tracking image; blocking remote images in your email client prevents it.

Unsubscribing. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link in its footer, and it takes effect immediately. Your address is then retained only as a suppression record, so a later signup form does not accidentally start emailing you again. To have it erased entirely rather than suppressed, ask via the contact page.

Contact. If you email us or use the contact form, we keep that correspondence for as long as needed to help you.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies: essential cookies needed for the site to function, and analytics cookies that help us understand what content is useful. You can block cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.

Embedded content and social platforms

Articles may include embedded content (for example YouTube videos or Pinterest pins/save buttons). Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you visited that website directly — those platforms may collect data about you, use their own cookies, and track your interaction with the embed. We link our content to Pinterest; if you use Pinterest features, Pinterest’s own privacy policy applies.

Affiliate links

Some articles contain affiliate links, disclosed per our Affiliate Disclosure. Clicking one may set a cookie from the merchant so they can attribute the referral. We never see your personal purchase data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us via the contact page and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, these rights are backed by the GDPR; you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Data retention and security

We keep analytics data in aggregate form and newsletter data until you unsubscribe. The site is served over HTTPS and hosted with Hostinger in secured data centers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
